Our on site workshop allows us the ultimate freedom – a personal bespoke jewellery service. In consultation with one of our team we will help bring the jewellery of your dreams to life. Sitting in our luxurious showroom, we will draw your ideas and work with you to refine them into the perfect design. We’ll source gemstones to your exacting and precise requirements. Often we’ll make a silver or brass sample before commissioning in precious metal to allow those last minute tweaks. Not long after you’ll have in your possession a completely unique piece of jewellery to cherish forever.

Consultation

You don’t need an appointment with us to sit down & discuss your requirements. Perhaps you’ve seen pictures or jewellery that’s inspired you and bringing these with you always helps us visualise your dream. Our team have vast experience & empathy in helping customers understand the technical, aesthetic & financial realities of the process: we’ll guide you step by step through what can be a daunting project but can be  one of the most rewarding projects experienced.

Design

Every customer and commission is different and we will work to find the best process for you. There are usually a number of steps in a design process. A drawing bringing together the elements of that initial discussion follows a consultation. At this point we check that we’re on the right track and may even have an indicative budget. Refinements can be made to produce a final drawing for design & budget approval. Some clients choose to have a silver or brass model made in order to see the piece before going into production in a precious metal. We may also source a selection of precious gemstones for you to hand pick your favourite. Changes can be made to the design whilst in ‘model’ stage. Once this has been approved we commit to the precious metal of your choice and within a short time frame your jewellery is ready & waiting for you.

Production

We use only the finest materials for our jewellery, working in either 18ct gold or platinum. We mould, cast, set and polish our jewellery to the highest standards inspecting all the time and keeping to an agreed timescale in order to maintain our high values.

After Sales Service

Our service does not stop with the end of your commission. We’ll take care of your jewellery for as long as you would like us to. Updating valuations, cleaning, and servicing jewellery are as important as the initial creation. We can also suggest complementary designs and pieces to create a collection that grows as uniquely as you do.
